This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide its order dated 11.05.2023 made in Crl.OP.No.10996 of 2023 directing that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every alternative days at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
