This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 209 days in filing the Appeal.

2. The learned Counsel for the Respondent present in Court has no objection.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, also considering the no objection expressed by the learned Counsel for the Respondent, the delay of 209 days is condoned on condition to pay Rs.1,000/- to the State Legal Services Authority within a reasonable period of one week.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
