This petition has been filed to amend the name of the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai instead of Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.14123 of 2024 dated 08.05.2025.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the satisfaction Court has been inadvertently mentioned in the petition in Crl.O.P. No.14123 of 2024 filed by the petitioner, seeking anticipatory bail, as 'Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam' instead of 'Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai' and hence the same may be amended.

3. Considering the above submission, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy.
