Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent dated 27.11.2014 in Letter No. C3/420/2009 calling upon the petitioner to pay the balance security deposit of Rs.14,98,50,000/- for the constructions IT and ITES building put up at T.S.No.3/2, 2/3 in Block No.6 of Kanagam Village, T.S.No.2/1 in Block No.4 of Thiruvanmiyur Village, Old Mahabalipuram Road,

(Rajiv Gandhi Salai), Tharamani, Chennai by quashing the same and consequently direct the first respondent to grant planning permission for the proposal submitted by the petitioner with regard to the IT and ITES constructions put up in the aforesaid property without insisting upon on the balance security deposit of Rs.14,98,50,000/- as contained in Letter No. C3/420/2009 dated 27.11.2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
