Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent in connection with the orders passed by him in his proceedings No.A/211/2015 dated 02.02.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to permit the petitioner to rejoin and discharge his duties in the office of the 3rd respondent by issuing a writ of certiorarified mandamus.

O R D E R

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Though the petitioner has challenged the order of transfer dated 02.02.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 12.02.2015.

3. Heard Mr.R.Rengaramanujam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court, without going into the merits of the case, permits the petitioner to give one more representation to the 1st respondent seeking re-transfer enclosing the order and other relevant documents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of four weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
