This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in C.M.P.No.8977 of 2021 dated 17.12.2021 that he should appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kallakurichi monthly once ie., 1st working day of every month at 10.00.a.m., till the case has been taken on file.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed in C.M.P.No.8977 of 2021 dated 17.12.2021.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kallakurichi on all hearing dates without fail.
