ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 316 (4) and 318 (4) of B.N.S., 2023. in Crime No.Not Known of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the current paper in C.No.144 of 2025 is pending.

3. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police and give their explanations.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the intervenor admits that she will also appear before the respondent Police to substantiate the complaint.
