Crl.M.P.No.8030 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.SR.31447 of 2016 G.CHOCKALINGAM, J., This Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 11.04.2016 made in CMP.No.3063 of 2016 in Cr.No.31 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ulundurpet, Villupuram District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits no serious objection in allowing the condone delay petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit accompanying the Petition and hence, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the main case, if it is otherwise in order.
