This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to regularise the service of the members of the petitioner union in their respective posts form the date of their initial appointment and absorb them in regular establishment of Amaravathi Co-operative Sugar Mills Desiya Murpoku Dravida Kazhka Tholilalar Matrum Uliyar Sangam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
