JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs would submit that the issue involved in this suit has been settled out of court and he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the suit. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

2. Permission is granted and this Civil Suit is dismissed, as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected O.A.No.19 of 2016 is closed. Registry is directed to refund the court fee to the plaintiff as per rules, if it is permissible.
