PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue Hall-Ticket to the petitioner's son S.Jeevan Babu, XII-C1 studying in the second respondent school for appearing +2 examination to be commenced from 05.03.2015 consequently direct the first respondent to arrange for the petitioner's son for appearing for practical examination in separately. Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the first

respondent and Mr.V.Bharathidasan, learned counsel for the second respondent.

2. With the consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the second respondent School to issue Hall-Ticket for his son S.Jeevan Babu, to appear for the +2 examination commencing from 05.03.2015.

4. The learned counsel for the second respondent has submitted that at no point of time hall ticket was denied to the petitioner's son, but there are serious allegations against the petitioner's son and another girl student. However, de hors such allegations, if the petitioner's son approaches the institution and pays requisite fees, hall ticket will be issued to him.

5. In the light of the stand taken by the second respondent, since the petitioner is present in Chennai today, the student, namely, S.Jeevan Babu along with his mother, shall appear before the second respondent, namely, the Principal, Navarasam Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Palliyuthu, Erode Taluk and District, today before 4.00 p.m. and remit the entire fees so as to enable him to obtain the hall ticket. As and when hall tickets are being given to the other students, the hall ticket shall be given to the petitioner's son S.Jeevan Babu also.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
