ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to register the complaint based on the petitioner's complaint and filing of the report as per the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.888 of 2021 dated 07.04.2021 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tambaram.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that now, F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.529 of 2021 for offences under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of I.P.C.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pecuniary jurisdiction of the respondent police is only Rs.25,00,000/-. But the issue involved in this case is more than that. In view of the same, the case ought to be investigated by the Central Crime Branch.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submits that the respondent police would be instructed to write to the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Police of the District, who in turn, would forward the F.I.R to the Central Crime Branch to conduct further investigation in this regard. 5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
