2. The learned counsel for the respondent/contemnor submitted that the amount due has been paid in compliance of the order in the writ appeal. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on the other hand, submitted that the petitioner is entitled to higher amount.

3. We cannot conduct roving enquiry on the same. In such view of the matter, we find no willful disobedience of the order. The appearance of the contemnor is dispensed with. This contempt petition is closed accordingly, however, giving liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
