The learned Advocate Commissioner has also filed a report stating that she has seized the vehicle in terms of the directions given by this Court and she also seeks for an additional remuneration.

2. The vehicle was seized at Mumbai and it is a JCB Tracked Excavator. As seen from the report, the learned Advocate Commissioner was paid initial remuneration of Rs.30,000/-. She seeks for an additional remuneration of Rs.60,000/-. However, this Court is of the considered view that a sum of Rs.30,000/- as additional remuneration is reasonable. Accordingly, this Court directs the applicant to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.30,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No further directions are required to be passed by this Court as this application has already been disposed of.
