This application has been filed for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to visit the premises of the second respondent and to seize and take into actual physical custody of all the infringing goods bearing the trademark of the applicant and the books of accounts, pamphlets, invoices and other documents containing the respondent's use of the impugned trademark of the applicant.
