Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the fact that certain documents have been misplaced by the registry and they are not traceable, this application is allowed permitting the applicant to reconstruct the documents.

2. Upon filing the re-constructed of documents, the Registry is directed to post the suit, before the learned Master III, on 22.07.2019 for continuation of evidence.
