Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that challenging the order dated 17.08.2023 passed in Crl.R.C.No.899 of 2023, Crl.M.P.No.7313 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.No.11521 of 2023 by this Court, the de-facto complainant has filed SLP to Appeal (Crl).No.11477-11479 of 2023 before the Honourable Supreme Court.
2. The Honourable Supreme Court, while issuing notice in SLP to Appeal (Crl).No.11477-11479 of 2023, in the meanwhile, stayed the return of documents. It is to be noted that the petitioner in this revision petition, namely Vinay R.Asrani, is a third petitioner in the said Crl.R.C.No.899 of 2023 and he is also a party (respondent therein) in the said SLP. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision petition, with liberty to file a petition before this Court after disposal of the said SLP. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in this revision petition. In view of the above submissions/endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, this Criminal Revision Petition is Page No.2/4
