ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to produce the detenue namely, Ramakrishnan/father of the petitioner from the custody of the respondent Nos. 3 to 4 herein before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

3. The petitioner's father viz.,Ramakrishnan, who is aged about 71 years, is presently with the third respondent. The third respondent is none other than the petitioner's younger brother. The third respondent informed us that he has no objection for the petitioner to visit her father at any time.

4. Recording the fair stand of the third respondent, the Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
