The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring the legal representatives of the sole appellant herein viz., 1.Y.Saraladevi, 2.B.Korishadevi, 3.B.Sheeladevi and 4.B.Ajesh Karna as appellant Nos. 2 to 5.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is ordered.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents is directed to furnish the details of the legal heirs to the learned counsel for the appellant for taking appropriate steps.

4. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments and post the Second Appeal for final hearing.
