Both counsel present. It is found that, second appellant died and in connection with the same, steps have not been taken to bring the legal representatives of the deceased appellant on record and it is thus seen that no proper steps have been taken to proceed with the Second Appeal further.
2. In view of the above position, Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No Costs.
