The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also given a letter to that effect.

2. The learned counsel for the intervenor opposed that there is suppression of material with regard to earlier anticipatory bail petition moved before this Court. Since it is a withdrawal it is left open for the intervenor to agitate the same before the appropriate Court.

3. In view of the submissions and the letter for withdrawal given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P is closed.
