Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents. 2.
The Petitioner had participated in the tender for supply of diet and non-diet articles to the Government Hospital of the Third Respondent. Though he was the sole applicant, his tender was rejected on the ground that he had not produced the GST certificate, aggrieved by which the instant Writ Petition has been filed.

The Respondents have filed status report stating that the fresh tender has been conducted and the Petitioner had also participated in the same, but he was not successful. After evaluation of the tender, the same was finalized and the contract for Government Hospital, Velur, Namakkal District has been awarded to M/s. Sendhil Murga Traders, Salem. Nothing remains for further consideration in this matter. 4.
