Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to count 50% of the consolidated service of the petitioners herein and add along with their regular service as Forest Watcher for the purpose of the pensionary benefits under Tamilnadu Pensionary Rules and pay all the pensionary benefits including commutation of pension, pensionary arrears, leave encashment, Provident Fund, General Provident Fund and Gratuity with 18% per annum.
