Heard Mr.N.Kamaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. With the consent of either side the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner seeks for direction upon the respondents to survey her land. The reason for making such representation is that the portion of the petitioner's building has been marked for the purpose of demolishing to widen the road. The petitioner would state that without conducting proper survey, the demolition could not be carried out. Therefore, the petitioner has filed an application to survey her property and has also remitted the necessary charges.

3. In the light of the above without going into the petitioner's contention, there shall be a direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
