O R D E R

While the petitioner was working as Sub Inspector of Survey attached to Attur Divisional Inspector of Survey, disciplinary proceedings were initiated against him. The second respondent passed an order, removing the petitioner from service. The said order was challenged before the first respondent. The present request is to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal on merits as expeditiously as possible.

2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 14.02.2015 on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
