(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 353, 294(b), 333, 326, 307 & 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.2563 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is arrayed as A5 in this case and he has got one previous case of the year 2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
