This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to make measurement and to fix the boundaries in respect of the land in the S.Nos.56/1G1, 51/2, 51/3, 51/11 in Koothampoondi Village and in S.No.226/2 in Illupuli Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District pursuant to petitioner representation dated 19.03.2024.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 19.03.2024 with a request for measurement and fixing the boundaries, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on 2/4

merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
