Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent vide proceedings Na.Ka. No.462/14/E2 dated 5.9.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner into service with back wages immediately.

O R D E R

Though the petitioner challenges the order of suspension dated 5.9.2014, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to review the order of suspension.

2. According to the petitioner, he has already paid the amount pursuant to the memo issued by the second respondent.

3. The petitioner is given liberty to submit a comprehensive representation to the second respondent to review the order of suspension. In case any such representation is made, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the second respondent, taking into account the payment made by him. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of representation.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
