C.M.P.No.19095 of 2023 in S.A.SR.No.74276 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 2443 days in filing the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

3. The above petition is allowed subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the counsel for the respondents. The said amount has been paid by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the learned counsel for the respondents, before this Court.

4. Considering the fact that the above condition is complied with, the delay of 2443 days in filing the above Second Appeal is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order, print the name of M/s.V.Girishankar for respondent 1 to 3 and post the matter on 23.01.2024.
