Heard Mr.S.Janarthanam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. With the consent of either side the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider the representation dated 24.11.2010 and issue patta in favour of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in question and had requested the 2nd respondent to measure the land and issue patta in favour of the petitioner by enclosing all the relevant documents and remitted charges. Thereafter, the petitioner received a communication from the 2nd respondent that the application of the petitioner has been forwarded to the 3rd respondent.

4. The petitioner's grievance is that though the 2nd respondent has forwarded the application of the petitioner to the 3rd respondent, no action has been taken so far.

5.Without going into the merits of the petitioner's contention, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a copy of the representation dated 24.11.2010 with all relevant documents to the 3rd respondent along with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the aggrieved parties and pass a reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks after hearing all the parties.

With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
