ORDER

Petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 5.7.2014 and pass appropriate orders.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board has erected Electric Posts on the side of their agricultural lands causing much risk for public and hence, he submitted a representation dated 5.7.2014, but, there was no response from the Electricity Board and hence, he has come up with the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for either side.

4. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this court feels that it is suffice to give a directing for consideration of the petitioner's representation and accordingly, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 5.7.2014 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
