Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of third respondent in O.MU.No.5642/A2/2014 dated 24.10.2014 and quash the same and direct the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to pay the increments from April,2009 onwards when the petitioner have completed B.A., and B.Ed., and promotion pay from 05.02.2010 onwards when the petitioner was appointed as B.T.
