Heard Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. With the consent of either side the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from preventing the ingress and egress of the petitioner to her hut at No.3/267, Parapatti Kattuvalavu, Olaipatti Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District by constructing the Public Toilet by the respondents in the lands in Survey No.245/1, Olaipatti Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Admittedly, the land in which the toilet is proposed to be constructed is a Government land. The petitioner would state that it is "Salai Paromboke".

4. In the light of the same, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2015 after issuing notice to the petitioner and after hearing the Public Works Department and appropriate orders shall be passed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
