J U D G M E N T

C.S.No.731 of 2016 has been filed for recovery of sum of Rs.30,53,999.50. As the jurisdiction of the City Civil Court has been raised to Rs.1 Crore, this suit has to be transferred to the City civil Court for disposal. Accordingly, this civil suit is disposed of.
