2. The prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner to the post of Post Graduate Teacher (Economics) in the third respondent school based on her representation.
3. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that pending the writ petition, one R.Keerthika was appointed to the said post on 23.05.2016, after obtaining necessary permission from the educational authorities to fill up the sanctioned vacancy. 2/4
4. In view of the said submission, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
