ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, placing on record a Letter No.31223/T&AI/2016-17 dated 14.08.2019, would submit that the petitioner's name has been approved for the year 2012-13 by assigning Sl.No.23(a) below the name of M.Siluppan and above the name of L.Jagadeeswari by relaxing Rule 3(c) and also Rule 5 of the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu State Treasuries and Accounts Service and the pay shall be fixed as per Rule 17 under Fundamental Rule 27 for pensionary benefits only.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents, the Contempt Petition stands closed.

3.Liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum, if there is any grievance.
