PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records connected with the detention order of the 2nd respondent in C.M.P.No.37/ BOOTLEGGER/ 2025(M1) dated 25.04.2025 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband namely Manojkumar S/o Thavasundaram aged about 37 years detained in Central Prison, Salem, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
