Saraswathi v. Radhakrishnan

C.M.P.No.17935 of 2022 in SA.S.R.No.35323 of 2020 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 888 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The reason that has been given is that originally a counsel was engaged who had filed the appeal but has later not followed it up and therefore they were not aware about the delay and only after the new counsel had taken charge of the case that the papers have been proceeded.

The delay in representation has also been condoned on 27.09.2022.

3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given and the respondents though served have not entered appearance. Therefore, the delay is condoned as prayed for.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
