[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] When the captioned contempt petition was taken up, Mr.S.Senthilvel, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for contempt petitioner and Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned State Additional Public Prosecutor for sole respondent are before us.

2. To be noted, contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of an order dated 14.10.2022 vide Crl.M.P.No.1380 of 2022 on the file of Court of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur, Salem District.

3. It is submitted by learned Prosecutor that the aforementioned order has since been complied and list of properties sent to learned Magistrate and order of learned Magistrate dated 14.08.2023 has been placed before us. Page Nos.2/4

4. Recording the obtaining factual position, captioned contempt petition is disposed of as closed. Though obvious, respondent will now stand purged of alleged contempt.
