This application has been filed seeking to amend the Original Petition as well as the order of this Court dated 12.04.2023 by substituting the word "debt" where the word security appears in both the petitions and in the order 2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application & having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the petitioner is directed to carry out the following amendment by substituting the word "debt" in place of security wherever the same appears in the petition, the application is ordered as prayed for.

Once the amendment is carried out, the Registry is directed to carryout the following:

(a) Page 1 of prayer portion 4th & 5th line where the word "securities" shall be deleted and word "debt" may be substituted. (b)Similarly, in the order second line of first Paragraph and in the third line of third paragraph, the word "securities" shall be deleted and word "debt" may be substituted.

pam 3.Once the amendment is carried out both in the petition as well as in the order, the Registry shall endeavour to issue succession certificate by 28.06.2023.
