ORDER

Challenging the interim award of the third respondent dated 04.02.2013, the present original petition has been filed. 2.Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, final award has been passed on 22.01.2018 in Arbitration Case No.1 of 2013. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the award is acceptable to the parties and therefore, same may be confirmed.

4.In such view of the matter, the original petition stands disposed of by confirming the award dated 22.01.2018. No costs. The parties are at liberty to communicate the award to the respective Sub Registrars.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Registry is not furnishing the Certified Copy of the Award dated 22.01.2018.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has got no objection. Even otherwise, this Court has passed the order dated 23.01.2018 by taking note of the Award dated 22.01.2018. It is also verified that the copy of the Award is available on the file of this Court.

4.In such view of the matter, Registry is directed to issue the certified copy of the Award on such application being made by the petitioner.
