Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint given by one Sampathkumar.

ORDER

It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant is still pending for enquiry and during the earlier enquiry, both the parties had admitted to produce the relevant documents. However, they have not filed the documents.

2. The petitioner's counsel represents that he is ready to cooperate with the respondent police and appear before the respondent police for concluding the enquiry expeditiously. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking into consideration the abovesaid factors, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 05.01.2021 for the purpose of enquiry and the respondent police is directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously as per law.
