Heard Mr.K.Gangadaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. With the consent of either side the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to consider her representation dated 24.01.2015 for the purpose of disbursing funds sanctioned by the Government for marriage assistance. It is stated that the petitioner's name finds place in Sl.No.214 and till date the funds has not been sanctioned.

In the light of the above, without going into the petitioner's contention, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
