Sub Application No.275 of 2019 To direct the respondent to comply with the order dated 27.04.2019 in O.A.439/19 rendered by this Hon'ble Court and deliver the 20,000 MTS of stone to the Applicants crusher unit at Larsen and Toubro Camp Officer, Near Shivapura Village, NH 13, Kudigi TQ, Bellari District, Karnataka 583135 on 01.07.2019 at 10 a.m.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of orders of this Court dated 27.04.2019 in O.A.No.439 of 2019 and A.No.3217 of 2019.

2. Today, when the case came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this contempt petition, the issue raised in this contempt petition has been settled between the parties and a compromise memo has been entered into between the parties, which was also taken on record by the orders of this Court dated 31.10.2019 in O.A.No.439 of 2019 and A.Nos.3217 & 3218 of 2019. Hence, he submitted that nothing survives in this contempt petition as on date to further agitate.

3. The said statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby recorded and accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
