When it is pointed out that it is not permissible to file single Writ Petition to direct disposal of representations made to different parties, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. It is further submitted that the Petitioner would make fresh representations to the concerned authorities and in the event of their failure to act upon the same, he would work out his remedies before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law.
