O R D E R
The petitioner is the legal representative of Thiru.Ganasekaran, who worked as Noon Meal Organiser in C.S.I.Primary School at Karadiputhoor in the District of Tiruvallur. Thiru.Ganasekaran died in harness on 06.01.2010. The petitioner submitted an application for compassionate appointment. The application was forwarded by the 4th respondent to the first respondent. Since follow up action was not taken pursuant to the application, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.
2. The learned counsel for the 4th respondent on instructions submitted that the 4th respondent has already forwarded the application to the first respondent for passing appropriate orders. According to the learned counsel, the first respondent is now seized of the matter.
3. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner for compassionate appointment in the light of the proceedings dated 11.10.2013 on the file of the second respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
