Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the suit itself, after contest, was decreed on 18.02.2020. Consequently, nothing remains to be adjudicated. If the revision petitioner/defendant files an appeal against the decree, it is left open to her to raise the correctness or validity of the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.520 of 2011 before the appellate Court. 2 With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is closed.
