Respondents ***R4 impleaded as per the order dated 02.03.2015 in MP.No.2/2015 Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of declaration, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in finalising and disposal of tenders floated vide proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.9578/2014/E-1 dated 19.01.2015 without reference to the Standing Committee for Education as illegal and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to route the finalization of the tender proceedings afresh through the Standing Committee for Education.
