The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.06.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b) and 302 of IPC in crime No.162 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that earlier A1's father was done to death by the de-facto complainant's son/deceased and others. As a retaliation, on 19.06.2022, the deceased was attacked by nine person and he died. Hence, the complaint.

3. There are totally 14 accused, in which the petitioner is arrayed as A3. A case of retaliation murder. The father of the A1 was murdered by the de-facto complainant's group. Therefore, there was previous enmity and all the accused persons attacked the deceased with deadly weapons and as such, the deceased sustained grievous injuries and died. The petitioner was arrested only on 20.06.2022 and the investigation is at initial stage.
