The writ petition is directed against the discretionary order dated 01.05.2025 passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai, in S.A.No.136 of 2024.

2. The Tribunal had directed the petitioner to deposit a further sum of Rs.31,00,000/-, we do not want to interfere with the said discretionary order. However, taking into account the difficulty expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time for deposit is extended by two (2) more weeks from tomorrow (15.05.2025).
